You send us prompts and, often, a photo of a real person. This page says plainly what happens to both — who processes them, how long we keep them, and how to get every byte back or delete it.

What we collect

  • Account details you give us: your name, email address and password (stored only as a hash, never as text we can read).
  • What you create: prompts, scripts, uploaded photos and audio, generated images and video, and the projects that hold them.
  • How you use the service: which features you open, what you generate, and the credits each generation spends. We keep this to bill accurately and to find faults.
  • Technical records: IP address, browser type and timestamps, kept in server logs.

What we do with it

  • Generate what you asked for. That is the whole purpose of the content you send us.
  • Bill you correctly, and show you an honest record of what each generation cost.
  • Keep the service working and safe — diagnosing failures, stopping abuse, and screening prompts against our content rules before they reach a GPU.
  • We do not sell your data. We do not use your prompts, photos or finished videos to train our own models, and we do not share them with anyone beyond the processors listed below.

Your reference photos

  • A photo you upload for character lock is treated as the sensitive thing it is. It is sent to the face-matching model so your likeness stays consistent across scenes, and stored alongside your project.
  • It is never shown to other users, never used to train a model, and never published unless you yourself publish a video that contains it.
  • Deleting the character deletes the photo. Deleting your account deletes all of them.

How long we keep it

  • Your projects and generated files stay until you delete them, or until you close your account.
  • Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account closes.
  • Server logs are rotated on a short cycle and are not used to build a profile of you.

Security

  • Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed, never stored in a readable form.
  • Your files sit in per-account storage paths, and API access requires a token tied to your account.
  • No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you rather than wait to be asked.

Children

  • Qmotion.AI is not for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data, and we delete such an account as soon as we learn of it.

Who else sees your content

Generating video means sending your content to the services that do the work. These are the only ones that receive it, and each gets only what its job needs.

Your rights

  • Export everything. Download a machine-readable copy of all data we hold about you, from your account settings — no request form, no waiting.
  • Delete your account. This removes your projects, uploads, generated files and character photos. It cannot be undone.
  • Correct your details. Change your name or email in your account at any time.
  • Both export and deletion live in your privacy settings, once you are signed in.

Cookies

We keep cookies to what the service needs to run. The cookie policy lists each one and what it is for.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so here and update the date at the top. For any question about your data, write to privacy@qmotion.ai.
